“ Absolutely incredible customer service besides the excellent and gorgeous carrot cake! Somehow our order for a birthday cake went missing and when we got there to pick up the cake the fridge was empty. We panicked as we were on our way to the party with NO cake. Well, recognizing there had been some mishap in the management of the order, the owner offered to bake the cake right then and there (Sunday at 7pm!!!) and deliver it to our party's address in person. Sure enough, less than two hours later, perfectly on time, the most beautiful and delicious cake showed up. Everyone loved it and we'll be forever grateful to the owner. Well done! ”
